There is no longer any doubt in my mind that CNN is the Controlled News Network. They lie for the Establishment, and they lie big. What I don’t understand is why people still grant them access.
This looks like a tiger hunt from old India.
This is how they killed tigers back in old India.
The hunters (the people with the rifles) would take up a position. A large contingent of elephants and people (the “Drivers”) would form a circle around the hunters and then move towards the hunters while making a lot of noise. This would “drive” the tiger towards the people with the rifles. The idea was to frighten the tiger and force it to run towards the hunters where it would be killed. A moving tiger is easier to see and kill.
Right or wrong, it looks like law enforcement was “driving” these people towards the hunters. They couldn’t get off the road because of the snow.
That said, it is completely possible that many of the law enforcement personnel would not be aware of the purpose of the operation.
Whoever was in charge needs to be looked at.
Just a thought - walking in deep snow, it can be difficult to maintain your balence. It’sinstinctual to move your arms to keep your balance. What was a natural attempt to keep balance may have been interpreted as “reaching for a gun” by the authorities. I would say they reacted too quickly under the circumstances.
Breakdown of the “traffic stop” video, with only verifiable info. Unless otherwise noted, source is the drone video:
1. LEOs come up behind LaVoy’s vehicle on a straightaway and begin flashing police lights.
2. LaVoy and company stay in vehicle, LEO exit numerous vehicles with weapons drawn and pointing toward LaVoy’s vehicle.
3. (SOURCE: Testimony from 2 separate female vehicle occupants) One of the male occupants reaches out the window and shows his hands.
4. (SOURCE: Testimony from 2 separate female vehicle occupants) LEOs fire upon vehicle.

5. LaVoy shows agitation and begins to speed away from LEOs behind him.
6. (SOURCE: Testimony from 2 separate female vehicle occupants) Occupants are told to get as low in the vehicle as possible, and do so.
6. After a long distance, LaVoy’s vehicle encounters a curve and he begins tapping the brakes.
7. A roadblock is stationed at the curve. LaVoy puts on full brakes but does not seem to be able to stop in time, possibly because of road conditions though this is not verified.
8. LaVoy veers to the left to avoid roadblock vehicles. An LEO stationed on foot in path of the vehicle dodges to avoid being hit.
9. LaVoy almost immediately exits vehicle with both hands up and walks/stumbles toward the rear left of the vehicle.
10. LEOs approach LaVoy with weapons pointed at him.
11. LaVoy keeps hands up briefly, then reaches down to abdomen and turns back and forth erratically while LEOs are aiming at him.
12. LaVoy falls to the ground, apparently shot dead.
13. The LEOs fire stun grenades and bullets at vehicle.

End of breakdown.
It is evident from the shooting of the vehicle after LaVoy is shot dead that the object of the LEOs is to kill everyone in the vehicle.
As far as the details of LaVoy’s death (step 9 - 12), his reaching down could be for several reasons (THESE ARE ALL SPECULATION):
- He was hit by a bullet in the abdomen and was reaching toward the wound.
- He was reaching for a gun and was going to shoot an LEO.
- He was being told by one LEO to throw all of his weapons on the ground while other LEOs were telling him to do something else, which prompted him to try and grab his weapon from his pocket or waistband.
Unless we get audio and/or better video, we will never know the details for sure. The only thing I am almost 100% sure of is that a number of the LEOs wanted everybody in that vehicle dead.
“She was in the pickup LaVoy was driving and witnessed him exit the vehicle with his hands in the air trying to peacefully surrender. They shot him anyway.”
Except we have video that contradicts that story.

But in these days when law enforcement seems to be trained to shoot people at the least provocation, he was definitely not acting in the way that a wise person would do to avoid this fate. He had already announced that he would not be taken alive. And then he ran from the first road block, almost hit the second, and exited his car very rapidly and kept moving around. If this was not intentional "suicide-by-cop", it was still behavior that was likely to turn out that way.
At least in the video Ms. Sharp doesn't say anything about the car being shot up.
I don't think we know yet if they are telling the truth or not.
