But like many of the frauds in DC, he knows how to talk.

Lots of good talkers in DC but few who fight passionately for conservative principles because they are controlled by special interests who always have an alternative talker in the wings ready to boot out a wayward pol. Either fall in line or face the consequences.

Sasse’s definition of conservatism is spot on but I have never read Trump's statements to suggest that he is not going to do the peoples’ bidding. The issues and complaints he talks about derive from the people and suggests he is a good listener. He has been out ahead of the other candidates on identifying many of these issues. What Washington needs is a strong leader that can effectively represent the people in Washington to reach those local state objectives. For example, his position of giving authority back to state and local school districts suggests as much.
