He didn’t lose - he got 5 delegates and Cruz got 6. There are 30 delegates from Iowa, and they are proportioned. Long way to go still. Some of you can’t even be respectful even when your guy wins 1 more delegate. Shameful!

My issue with Cruz is this -- I don't doubt that he is natural-born. But he was born in Canada to a non-American parent. There's no way around that he was born under rather unusual circumstances.

If a democrat was born in Sudan/Brazil/Sweden/pick-your rotten-place, to a a non-American parent, would I want him/her to be able to run? Hell no.

I believe this is the first time I've voiced my concern on this score here on FR. I do like Cruz, but to pretend his origins aren't problematic, or that they don't set a very bad precedent, is disingenuous.
