Get a clue magoo, YOU are failing in your attempts to somehow make a 'statement', everyone gets that you hate Trump, everyone knows that you have stated that even IF he is the nominee, that you will never vote for him. (and it was just that kind of mentality and behavior that was expressed by your dearly departed and *ZOTTED* compadre 'libbylu', which contributed to her riding the lightning this weekend)

So what other tricks do you do, besides attempts to threaten and intimidate other FReepers with your half-clever references to Ted Cruz being the 'favorite candidate' of our Esteemed Founder?

Oh yes you are. You invoke Jim's name (as you did with my good FRiend SMM48) in an attempt to muzzle their legitimate criticisms of Cruz. You talk about 'nastiness' directed at Cruz, take a good look at the foul 24-7 nastiness you and your fellow Cruz fanatics spew out at Donald Trump in a never ending sewer pipe of hatred. Don't deny it, even a casual review of FR threads reveals this.

When I point out that Jim Robinson's favorite candidate is Ted Cruz, it's my hope that doing so might temper the nastiness pointed at Ted Cruz.

And you conveniently leave out the fact that Jim has had plenty of positive things to say about Trump. And one of my favorite commentators, Finley Peter Dunne who said "politics ain't beanbag" knew what he was talking about. If you want real 'nastiness' just open a history book and do some reading up on past political campaigns which make this current competition look like a lady's sewing circle.

The fact is, it wasn't the Trump camp who began the slinging of insults, it started with the more extreme Cruz fanatics, who (to quote Kurt Russell's portrayal of Wyatt Earp in 'Tombstone'), "called down the thunder, and now you've got it".
