The State Department is lying when it says it didnt know until it was too late that Hillary Clinton was improperly using personal e-mails and a private server to conduct official business because it never set up an agency e-mail address for her in the first place, the departments former top watchdog says.
This was all planned in advance to skirt rules governing federal records management, said Howard J. Krongard, who served as the agency’s inspector general from 2005 to 2008.
The Harvard-educated lawyer points out that, from Day One, Clinton was never assigned and never used a state.gov e-mail address like previous secretaries.
Thats a change in the standard. It tells me that this was premeditated. And this eliminates claims by the State Department that they were unaware of her private e-mail server until later, Krongard said in an exclusive interview. How else was she supposed to do business without e-mail?

The answer is to start prosecuting lower level aides. They will turn on her like cornered rats. Even if they never prosecute her, and I doubt they will, she will probably be knocked out of contention for the Democratic nomination.
If they do prosecute, Obama will likely sell her a pardon. That’s the way Bill did it. But the price will make Bill’s pardon take look like small change. She may really end up broke.

THe purpose of the “private server” was so that Killery coul run her criminal enterprise without FOIA requests from external parties. There would be nothing to give, and thus if caught no evidence of criminality.
This woman is a criminal going back to the cattle futures bribe, Castle Grande, and what’s worse is what they did to Vince Foster’s office in contravention of established LAW that nothing was to be removed from his office until investigators could examine it.

James Comey at FBI, who is supposed to be a standup guy, I hope will recommend indictment then resign and go public if the Obama DOJ refuses to move forward. It could be an interesting year.
