It’s not an invasion of privacy. Voting records are public records, no different than calling you on the phone if you have a listed number.

I’m going to put this CRUZ mailer up there with JEB’S guacamole bowl.
Many Cruz supporters here on FR seem to think you get more flies with vinegar than sugar. Now I can see where they get it when their leader seems to be using similar tactics.
Notice it has neighbors names on it.
So the lady this was mailed to can see her neighbor’s scores, and they can see hers.
What person in their right mind would opt to do this.
Is someone submarining Ted? Seriously. This is not good.

It is not an invasion of privacy because it is a public record. Your misunderstanding though shows why it is a terrible campaign piece. People think everything about their voting is private.
