Trump: Cruz 'pummeled' in GOP debate
The Hill ^ | 1/29/16 | Ben Kamisar

Donald Trump believes Ted Cruz got "pummeled" in Thursday night's GOP debate, which he chose to skip in response to a spat with Fox News.

"I'm glad I wasn't there, he got pummeled," Trump said at a town hall in New Hampshire Friday's debate performance for Cruz, whom he called "an anchor baby in Canada."

"And they didn't even mention that he was born in Canada. When you were born in Canada you aren't supposed to be running for president of the United States."

I do not want to listen to this childish man for 4 years.

Sounds like Obama.

I think he handled the pummeling alright. Had a rough start but ‘won’ the debate in all.
Was odd that the ‘birther’ issue didn’t come up.

When you think “nobility of character”, Trump isn’t the first name that comes to mind.

That’s where I’ve arrived at too. This dude will wear out his welcome way too quickly. Probably before November. Giving us a disastrous Hildebeast term.

I really like Ted Cruz, but Trump is right, he is not a natural born citizen.

The only way one can be NATURALLY an American citizen is if one is born here of citizen parents, no other possible citizenships.

Foreign births and foreign parents bring with them other citizenship possiblities, negating natural born citizen status.

The new definition of simply being born a citizen makes every anchor baby and Winston Churchill eligible.

Josh Barro ✔ @jbarro
Lol Ted Cruz wandering awkwardly around the stage and no one wants to talk to him, like every party he went to at Princeton.

The coward who was afraid to face Ted Cruz speaks.

I thought Cruz had a bit of a rough staet, and the knocked it out of the park for the remainder of the debare.

His strong performance is all the more remarkable when you take into consideration that Fox News obviously had daggers for him from staet to finish.

Don’t worry, it will.

You’ll change your tune after the first time President Trump stands up to our enemies instead of being the 90 pound weakling that gets sand kicked in his face.

Last night’s event made everyone watching remember what it felt like to be a winner again.

The birttherism continues, precisely because Trump knows there is no way to clear it up until after the election.

Than move to Canada, Mexico, or Kenya or simply stuff your ears starting Jan 20, 2017 for eight years.

Frankly, I don’t want someone noble as President. I want someone Putin won’t provoke, someone China won’t ignore, and someone the Muslims will fear.

I want some people in this world to sleep with one eye open in the fear that the President of the USA will choose that night to end their lives.

And I want our allies, like Israel, to sleep better knowing that this President won’t sell them out to the barbarians because of some noble principle.

You were clearly absent from Civics class. By your definition if you and your pregnant wife were travelling to Germany and she went into premature labor and delivered there, your child would not be a natural born citizen. I think you’d have an objection to that.

“I really like Ted Cruz, but Trump is right, he is not a natural born citizen.”

Ditto for Rubio. His situation is even clearer than Cruz.’ So we are left with Trump, or a passel of worthless turds. Trump, no contest!

And I said to Kelly, "look Megan a dead bird.".. Looking up in the sky she said "Where?"

So I said Megan, it is dead it can't fly, you are about to step on it."

Smiling here dump smile she said "Oh."
