The average for the last several decades in most Western nations was about 3-7 per 100,000.

Well I don’t think politics or booklets on how to act in modern society will alleviate the situation there. They are there and no amount of coercion will get them to either behave properly or to leave. Plus, the will not assimilate into the country where they are. They’re there for the free welfare they can receive.

How they plan to do that is unclear. I say they won’t. They are too chicken to do it or even try.
