You apparently don’t understand declaratory judgments. The law is so clear, there is no reason for Cruz to waste the court’s time.
If the “law is so clear” why did Cruz try to get a vote in the Senate on his eligibility? Why does Cruz want to “waste” the Senate’s time on a settled issue?

Cruz can help his case by simply releasing the documents that he has been using to verify who he is, like we have all had to do over the years.
