Watch an episode of “Cops” - they are pretty indiscriminate when it comes to taser usage. The last rerun I saw had a white guy squealing like a piglet while being zapped - and he asked for it.

In fairness to the police they’re more likely to need a Taser when the person they encounter is black or Hispanic.

The question isn’t how many times a racial group got Tasered, the question is whether or not the individual use of the Taser was justifiable.
