Here’s a news flash for National Review: Go to hell and take your pointy elitists with you. You’ve become as useful as birdcage newspaper!
The self appointed elite just hate it when the unwashed masses refuse to eat their gruel.
Right, it has nothing to do with Ted Cruz’s successful pandering to evangelical voters.
that is right and bitter clinger to my God and my guns.
Seeing how things have gone I would say that is sober.
LOL
NRO

Comrade Juan McNuts
Who is conservative anymore?
I think you have to go back to the Old Regime in France just prior to their Revolution to find an âeliteâ so out of touch with the valued and concerns of its people.
Ignorant bigots...? Wow! Someone needs a timeout!
Since Buckley died, they have lost a lot of focus.
The saddest part is the GOP powers have been calling all of us names for years, but someone keeps voting them back in...From GW BUSH to Lindsey Graham to Grover Norquist, who called us Bitter Enders....and you can bet he’s behind much of this nasty behind the scences attacks on Trump. They will keep the borders open and bad trade like TPP going and try to destroy anyone who will put a stop to it.

Bitter Enders, Unite!!! Guess who’s behind the latest amnesty push???

I like the way Nolte wrote this.
Revealing..................what they really think of you all out in ‘flyover’ country.............
From Katie Pavlich’s “Part Two”—
“The outrage over a conservative opinion magazine publishing a well-documented case against Trump has been interesting, to say the least. Dozens of newspapers each election cycle endorse candidates running for public office. By default, an endorsement means being against the rest of the field.”
No Katie, endorsing one over the other is the same as “being against” the other.
NR doesn’t even have the balls to say they want Jeb, but will settle for Rubio.
NRO is ignoring the facts: Trump’s support is pretty the same across all income lines, gender lines, class lines, etc.; check out the breakdown of this recent Reuters poll:
http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/01/22/reuters-poll-trumps-support-jumps-to-40-percent/
I resemble that remark, just not the Trump Voter part.
Years ago before everything was online I subscribed to National Review mag. Three months into a year subscription I received a notice to renew, followed shortly by a nasty letter saying that they thought I was an intelligent, discerning person but they were wrong about me and very disappointed that I didn’t realize the only good thing I could do for myself is renew my subscription.
These are the people who wanted George H.W. Bush over Ronald Reagan. The George Will douchebags. They now are running National Review into the ground.
elitism and paternalism
I’m no fan of National Review but this article could have at least have posted the quote where National Review called Republican voters “ignorant bigots”
