He is dead right. Having a career beats having an obamaphone.

I’m glad you believe that.
No trump supporter does.
It’s the political equivalent of total war.
Two EASY things that need to be done to lock in the West and the black vote for the next 100 years.
1. Take about 100 billion from foreign aid and give 1 billion to the 100 largest cities in America to rebuild their inner cities.
2. Sell about 90% of the land the federal government owns in the West and use the money to pay off a good chunk of the national debt.
I absolutely agree with you! I have black relatives who’ve married into our family — industrious, over achieving, upstanding. They haven’t said for certain (yet) that they’re for Trump, but I know they’re leaning that way.
Contrary to leftists, the blacks you’re describing comprise the majority of the population. They’re guilted into voting as if they were in welfare though. Trump will get some of those votes if he aims for them, which I expect he will.
If you renegotiate the trade deals or failing that apply import tariffs which we are allowed to do under WTO agreements in the face of chronic trade deficits, then you increase the demand for labor.
If you do that and you close the border, then you don’t need to spend money to rebuild their inner cities. Industry will do that for them to get the labor.
I agree with selling some of the land in the West, but you need to pay attention to water resources. We should only sell land in the west where there is enough water to support the population.
...I will bet a dollar to a donut that Trump could Campaign in the same area and be welcomed with open arms. There's an indefinable quality in certain people. Call it character or gravity. Here's what Ralph Waldo Emerson had to say about George Washington. |
"We cannot find the smallest part of the personal weight of Washington, in the narrative of his exploits. The largest part of his power was latent. This is that which we call Character, -- a reserved force which acts directly by presence, and without means. "It is conceived of as a certain undemonstrable force, a Familiar or Genius, by whose impulses the man is guided, but whose counsels he cannot impart; which is company for him, so that such men are often solitary, or if they chance to be social, do not need society, but can entertain themselves very well alone. "The purest literary talent appears at one time great, at another time small, but character is of a stellar and undiminishable greatness. What others effect by talent or by eloquence, this man accomplishes by some magnetism. 'Half his strength he put not forth.' "His victories are by demonstration of superiority, and not by crossing of bayonets. He conquers, because his arrival alters the face of affairs." Emerson, Character from Essays: 2nd Series (1844) |
Ann Coulter points to this Atlanta black woman, a strong Trump supporter. She's voting for Trump mainly because of Trump's jobs focus. Says she's going to divorce her husband if he doesn't vote for Trump. LOL! |
