On the stage with Beck. Beck stupidly had Cruz raise his right hand and give the Oath of Office for President. Of course Cruz mucked it up and really just made a fool of Cruz, but it was Beck’s fault for not discussing he was going to do this prior to the event happening. I am not sure I could say rote things off the cuff....some stuff yes but not everything. I know it is the Oath of Office he is wanting but still it was a stupid thing for Beck to do to Cruz.
Cruz could have gotten “an out”for trying to do the oath of office and screwing it up.. He could have said he wanted to read it out from a copy as he didn’t want to risk botching it the way Roberts/Obummer did.
