Females can be considered more dangerous than males. Women in that culture have more motivation to murder in the name of “Allah” than males as they often have little to no respect or standing. One of the few ways to obtain someoneness is to become a killer of “infidels”. Sometimes someone who is thought to be nothing and feels like nothing will do anything to be considered someone.

Typically, any killing is nothing to rejoice. However, in the case of the 13 year old, the intended victim(s) certainly have a right to give a sigh of relief and nod of approval.

Same applies to kids strapped with explosives or participating in head loppings.
