Trump endorses McCain on Larry King

Donald Trump, the flamboyant New York magnate, said on CNN’s “Larry King Live” on Wednesday night that he is supporting Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) for president.

Trump, never shy with his opinions, went on to say that McCain appears to be winning, and that Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) should have chosen Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) as his running mate.

“I know John McCain, and John McCain’s a great guy, a tremendous guy,” Trump told King. “I’ve known him for a long time. And I’m with him, and I’m with him based on the fact that I have great knowledge of John McCain. Also, this is not the right time for tax increases. And Obama wants to increase your taxes drastically.”

During the show, the two men had this exchange:

TRUMP: I’m endorsing McCain. I am basically very strongly — you have to understand: I’ve known him. I like him, I respect him.

KING: So you’re endorsing him?

TRUMP: I think he’s going to be a great president.

KING: So you’re endorsing him.

TRUMP: Sure, I’ll endorse him on your show.

KING: You just endorsed him.

TRUMP: I endorse him.’

Sigh. I was helping you out. You were arguing with a poster who said you hadn’t provided a shred of evidence that Trump endorsed McCain. In fact, the poster said it was a categorical lie that Trump had done so (bc Trump at the time was a Dem, and so would have supported Obama).

I apreciate the effort. But in my defense, it is hard to tell what direction the Cruz supporters are attacking from anymore.

My ‘preceding’ post makes a spectacle of the ridiculous, false and ignorant claims in that excerpt. I thought you’d enjoy seeing your antagonist routed. In any event, I doubt he will insist Trump never endorsed McCain any time soon. (Or then again he might. Honesty does not seem to be the anti-Trump posters’ strong suit.)

I believe Trump will move America in the direction of progress with the only parameters set by the US Constitution and We the People. I.e. Forward. And away from all the entanglements that come when the goverent is run through with traitors and foreign agents - the same ones heading up the group of 22 and elected officials dissing Trump. Listen to Trump remind us how much we love our country and what we love about it when not bleeding coin and blood in nwo directed empire building. We don't work for the zionist entity, the rothschilds or the queen. Trump sees their game and the unfairness of trade and treayies where we are used and likely mocked. Trump says I dont plan on following those trade deals. And poof it will change. He loves his country our country and respects We the people and the US Constitution, and is running based on this simple love of country. He wants to leave a legacy of saving a great country by making it great again. he said in the 80s I don't want to run for president but it it gets too bad I will and he kept his word and is running when all seed lost. we all see him for who he is a patriot.
