Immoral people are immoral. Vice breeds vice. It is what it is. The abused children (normal in poor areas now) grow up to be evil—it is learned.
That is why the evil Marxists are forcing third world (abused) people here—to destroy cohesive society and collapse the economy (Cloward/Pivon).
