There’s a difference between taking a business loan for a hotel from a large bank and taking a large campaign contribution because your wife works there.
Curious what you base that statement on. Are you saying the loan Cruz took out on the stock he owned was actually a campaign contribution from Goldman Sachs? Because if Cruz did get a contribution from Goldman Sachs that would be illegal because corporations can't directly donate to political candidates.
Campaign contribution? Are you serious?
Margin loan. Look it up. Not difficult to understand.
“large campaign contribution”
I thought he got a loan, basically a loan of his OWN money on his account. A loan that pretty much anyone with an account can get.
Now, what was the special deal Cruz got that was unsavory or illegal?
Loan or contribution.
If contribution, please, post link?
Thanks
He borrowed against his own account. His own money. What is wrong with you people?
Ah, the pitfalls of making it up as you go. You end up looking like a complete fool.
Trump has huge personal loans. No different than Cruz who took a personal loan. EXCEPT Trump’s loans are hundreds of millions of dollars more.

Yeah he just doesn’t pay them back and declares bankruptcy, unlike Cruz who pays them back.
