Flint is what one gets with affirmative action employees or unions in the science and bio professions. If they’d imported a bunch of Asians to do the work they wouldn’t be in this situation.

Whites leave to county or elsewhere
Original blacks do the same
Hood rats inherit

Cleveland
Louisville
Cincinatti
Little Rock
Durham
There may be pockets of homosexual gentrification pushback
Followed now by hipsters in droves
But rarely can it turn the ship around
Because the new whites are libs too and now they can help pay to keep it all going
Latino influx is sorta like this but different
The socioeconomic factor carries the weight when they come in
Now we have high concentration Muslim communities in a few places
