He has admitted to bribing politicians to get favors.

He has admitted to donating funds to politicians for access. Do you think Trump always got what he wanted from those politicians? Was it illegal for him to donate to them. Did he break laws by donating to politicians?

He has admitted to trying to use the power of the government to force an old lady to sell her house so that he could build a parking lot.

He went through legal procedures to obtain the land and prevailed. This sort of thing takes place every single day in the USA, and people accept it, and use the venues crated by use of private entity eminent domain. It is legal. It is not a special gift from the government.

He has taken huge loans from George Soros.

First of all, this doesn't even qualify. Second, is there anything illegal about it? Did Soros get some special favor from Trump for allowing him to invest? Did Trump even know the money came from him? Is it your take that Trump sits in some small room making phone calls to get money, and then keeps track of it in an Excel spreadsheet?

He supported the TARP bailouts.

Once again, he didn't even get TARP bailouts, so this is pointless.

Need I go on?

Well I would like at least one way in which he was a crony Capitalist. Sure, go on until you provide one.

So far you've only provided ways Trump did legal things to achieve goals just like other business people do every day.

“...personality will win out over substance every time...”

Back during the Nixon-Kennedy debates in 1960 my family support Nixon. But I said I liked Kennedy. When they asked me why, I responded that “I like the way he combs his hair”.

I’ve grown a bit more mature since then but many voters never do.

I voted for Mccain back in 2008 just because Sarah was the VP on the ticket. Before he picked Sarah, I was not going to vote that year. I could not stand McCain.

I have been behind Sarah ever since. But for some reason, her backing Trump has not excited me one bit. It’s like her time has come and gone. I would have thought she might have gone for Cruz.. and that she did not, she has disappointed a lot of people.

At this point... Trump and Cruz both are not what they were a week ago. It’s all getting old and older.

Unlike Coulter, I don’t think Palin made a career from being “outrageous.” Originally, she was seen merely as representing fairly mainstream conservative ideas, e.g., low taxes, balanced budgets, energy independence, and constitutional conservatism. The media tried to make her seem outrageous because she was folksy, but she wasn’t particularly outrageous in her views.

From the horse’s mouth:

Donald Trump bragged Thursday night that he could buy politicians — even the ones sharing the stage with him at a Republican presidential debate.

Trump was asked about something he said in a previous interview: “When you give, they do whatever the hell you want them to do.”

“You’d better believe it,” Trump said. “If I ask them, if I need them, you know, most of the people on this stage I’ve given to, just so you understand, a lot of money.”

.....

“I was a businessman. I give to everybody. When they call, I give. And you know what? When I need something from them, two years later, three years later, I call them, and they are there for me.”

That's how I feel; this is all becoming depressing.

Why? The new American way is to follow your hero’s example:
TRASH LIKE HELL ALL WHO DISAGREE WITH YOU. ARE YOU SAYING THAT ONLY WORKS ONE WAY?
Her lack of judgement and faith to principles is astounding. Her opinion does not matter to me. Much as I loved her it was based on my knowledge of her.
Unlike trumpees I DO NOT DO CULT OF PERSONALITY.

Surely these folks have to know that the owner of this site really likes Sarah, and has posted pics of himself with her. He has also supported both Cruz and Trump.

How much more of a disrespectful, ungrateful person do you have to be to come to this site and post or promote this trash? Especially if a Cruz supporter. Cruz said during Cpac that but for Palin, he would not have won! They are truly hurting CRuz, but I think that’s been the case for awhile.

This post I copied from hot Air has good points on why Cruz gets hit by Trump:

“The establishment has been with Trump since damn near the beginning of his campaign.
Jeb Bush had so-so poll numbers from the outset, because they were split between Trump and Bush. When Bush’s went down, It was Trumps numbers that jumped up, because all the establishment voters abandoned Jeb and flocked to Trump. He likes to make deals, he has proven he has no problem crawling into bed with liberals.
Sure the (R) establishment types protest Trump here and there, when its the PC thing to do. Even Lindsey Graham has said Trump is trainable. IE: They can work with a guy that likes to make deals.
It only now when Trump feels he is inevitable that he openly admits the establishment (R)s are colluding with him behind the scenes.

Trump is not an outsider candidate. He is the ultimate insider. He has used his money to buy influence from both sides for years. They all know Trump will go along to get along if elected.
Why do so many Trump supporters HATE Cruz, Carson, and Paul? They are the 3 anti-establishment candidates in this race. There is no conservative that hates Cruz, Carson, or Paul. They might not support this one or that one at the moment. They might not like where they stand on this issue or that one, but they do not hate them. Only (R) establishment voters, and establishment politicians do.
i don’t see why the conservative pundits are not picking up on this and sounding the alarms.

Trump is the price you pay for not securing that border the way you all kept promising. Don't get it twisted.”

Its even easier than that. Bush led to Obama. Obama is leading to Trump. I don't find any solace in that.

Name one thing that Trump got that was illegal.

Name one thing Trump did that was illegal.

If a private citizen donates money to a political figure, and then needs to approach that political figure on a matter, does that make them a crony citizen?

This is all a bunch of hot air. Why shouldn't a politician do what a citizen asks them as long as it is legal?

For your charge of crony Capitalist to stick, you need to come up with something a politician did that was illegal or improper.

Name one.
