A prime example of why the entire “Justice” system sucks muddy ditch water.
It took 3 1/2 years from the time Holder was found in contempt to get this decision.
It should have taken about 3 1/2 months at the most.

And so now it looks like the Obama administration may need a Clinton Presidency to clean this up. Clinton needed Obama for the E-mail situation. Now Obama has to ask himself, who has the best chance to win and cover my butt? Save Hillary and let her try to win or throw Hillary under the bus and let Biden win.
My bet is that he will go Hillary and let her trash his Administration, which she needs to do in order to win. Watch the next several weeks for the answer.

Yes, but she was using incompetent private contractors.
DOJ has access to far better people. Or they’ve had enough time to redact literally everything and will use the loopholes provided by the judge to justify it.
