How Much Money Would You Need to Cheer for Donald Trump?
Esquire ^ | Jun 17, 2015 60 | John Hendrickson

Posted on 01/18/2016 6:56:59 AM PST by justlittleoleme

Do people really like Donald Trump? Like, real people? The kind who would make their own signs and T-Shirts and show up at Trump's 2016 presidential campaign launch to watch him slowly descend an escalator to the sounds of "Rockin' in the Free World"?

After a day of swirling rumors, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that the consulting firm Gotham Government Relations & Communications sought to hire paid actors to attend Trump's much-talked-about campaign kickoff on Tuesday morning. Trump's campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, denied the allegation to the site, noting that he had never heard of Gotham GR nor the casting agency in question, Extra Mile. Nevertheless, THR claims to have obtained an email that Extra Mile sent to its clients last week in its search for Trump extras. A portion of that email is excerpted below:

This is an event in support of Donald Trump and an upcoming exciting announcement he will be making at this event ...We are looking to cast people for the event to wear t-shirts and carry signs and help cheer him in support of his announcement ...We understand this is not a traditional "background job," but we believe acting comes in all forms and this is inclusive of that school of thought ... The rate for this is: $50 CASH at the end of the event.

It looks like Trump created jobs from day 1. No other candidate has.

Not to mention the story was denied by the alleged firm involved and the Trump campaign. The claim was made by an anti-Trump activist.

This article refers to Trump's campaign launch last June, when he came down the elevator at Trump Tower to announce his candidacy.

Who knows. Maybe that event was choreographed and some "actors" were hired to make sure it went off well. If true, I would chalk that up to Trump wanting to make sure he had made a good first impression with an enthusiastic crowd. First impressions are everything. It would have been embarrassing if Trump came down the elevator to just a handful of people to make his announcement. I was working three blocks away from there that day and I had no clue about the announcement myself. I found out about it at lunchtime as everybody was buzzing about it.

But if that was true, and especially if it was still true today, surely there would have been people coming forward by now. I'm sure Trump's enemies in the mainstream media would pay far more than $50 to expose something like that.

Cute content here. But, LOL!

It’s definitely dirty tricks time for someone against the Don. Twitter’s got to be the cheapest way to go, too, as we learned from Bubba Beck.

If this is true, I’d say it was money well spent. I assure you he is no longer paying anyone to attend his rallies.

His name on his face book is Jay something...it’s a fake and there are people looking into this...

From another article I read, he has his real name on twitter and on face book, but trying to make it out as if it was a woman that posted this...

He doesn’t like Trump, so he’s doing what he can to stir the pot...

Trump Unruffled by Esquire’s ‘Hater in Chief’ Magazine Cover
By Susan Jones | January 5, 2016 | 6:36 AM EST
The February 2016 issue of Esquire magazine.

(CNSNews.com) - Far from avoiding the liberal media, Donald Trump sits down with his critics, including those at Equire who depict him as “Hater in Chief” on the most recent magazine cover.

“I gave a short interview,” Trump told Fox News’s Bill O’Reilly Monday night. “I haven’t heard about it, but I gave a short interview.”

“They are killing you,” O’Reilly told Trump. “Why did you do that? They’re killing you. They got on the cover, ‘Hater in Chief’ with a bad picture of you. Why would you talk to Esquire magazine? You know they are going to hammer you.”

“I do— If you think about a hater-in-chief, I do hate what’s happening to America,” Trump responded.

O’Reilly told Trump that Esquire is calling him “a bigot and everything else. You know that?” he asked.

“Well, they can call me that. Then I guess they just, you know, look, it’s the mainstream media stuff. They go that way. But I do hate what’s happening to America so in that way, maybe it’s a very accurate depiction. I do hate to see—

“That’s a good spin on it,” O’Reilly cut in. “I was surprised you talk to these guys. They’re not looking out for you, Donald. They are just not.”

“Well, I mean I understand. We get a very unfair press. I get a very, very unfair press,” said Trump, who has dominated both the conservative and liberal press for months.

O’Reilly asked Trump why he gives liberal media outlets the opportunity to hammer him.

“Because I’m always giving people a chance to be fair, Bill — always,” Trump responded.

The article is from June 17, 2015 when Trump had a planned media event to announce his candidacy. After that, with helicopter rides, free rallies, free movies etc Trump has given his supporters quite an experience. He doesn't have to pay supporters to show up.

Then there's the campaign that's probably releasing all this garbage. They must be taking a holiday vacation. Today, I have yet to receive even one email or phone call begging for a donation.
