Trump on Meet the Press:
“I live in New York City. There is a tremendous movement on to have and allow gay marriage.”
“Hey, I lived in New York City and Manhattan all my life so my views are a little bit different than if I lived in Iowa, perhaps, but [gays openly serving in the military] is not something that would disturb me.”
“I’m very pro choice. And again it may be a little bit of a New York background because there is some different having attitude in different parts of the country and you know I was raised in New York, grew up and work and everything else in New York City.”
But you would not ban partial-birth abortion?
“No.”

How many times are you going to post the same stuff?
Where is your little chart with colors? Did you forget?
So how many times is it now that we’ve been exposed to... THIS VIDEO FROM 1999, POSTED OVER AND OVER AGAIN BY TDSERS!?!?
If Cruz had his way, and all decisions reverted to the states, NY state would definitely have abortion and gay marriage.
Trump has magically changed. All that is “old news”.
Where have we heard that before...
Obama changed too. That church he went to didn’t really represent his beliefs... Those books he “wrote” didn’t say what they said either. He was going to heal the land. He was the “uniter”... The most “transparent” ever...
Here we are with a repeat of the Emperor’s New Clothes... And so many believe. And that’s all that matters now.
I think Cruz holds the position that the right to life is the most fundamental right and is protected under the constitution and it’s not left to the states.
Trump is the white Obama without the oratory skills.
The constitution and freedom work that way. All states allow abortion now as mandated by the federal government - that overreach you appear to be defending. “If Cruz had is way” many states would not. And people who don’t want to pay for them would have a choice to move to another state.
What oratory skills? When did Obama last give a decent speech?
And speaking of oratorical flourishes, Ted Cruz needs to unlearn some of them.
Dump Trump. He’s a lib.
Trouble reading a slam?
Ted needs a vocal coach to stop speaking through his nose. Worst. Speaking. Voice. of any candidate aside from the Hildebeest.
“Here we are with a repeat of the Emperorâs New Clothes... And so many believe. And thatâs all that matters now.”
Ronald Reagan never changed. He was secretly a Democrat for his whole life.
Come on man, I see the same 3 or 4 stories from both sides over and over and over and over :)
it’s comical.
Besides making the thread poster feel better for getting it off his/her chest, it serves no purpose as no one is changing their vote because of them.
I changed my vote when Ted bad mouthed my city. It’s liberal, very.
Funny thing is, when you’re not talking politics with them, they aren’t the worst people in the world.
went to parties, clubs, dinner, shows with them. nice people.
just political neophytes and morons ;)
Don’t forget, he likes taking retirees money. Really easy pickings they are.
Q: Evangelicals want to feel secure that they're going to have a nominee that's solid on those social issues.
A: One thing about me, I'm a very honorable guy. I'm pro-life, but I changed my view a number of years ago. One of the primary reasons I changed [was] a friend of mine's wife was pregnant, and he didn't really want the baby. He was crying as he was telling me the story. He ends up having the baby and the baby is the apple of his eye. It's the greatest thing that's ever happened to him. And you know here's a baby that wasn't going to be let into life. And I heard this, and some other stories, and I am pro-life.
Q: So those stories did change you, they came around and changed you?
A: They changed me. Yeah, they changed my view as to that, absolutely.

Billionaire Donald Trump told the Conservative Political Action Conference that he's thinking about running for president. His remarks drew lots of applause and cheers from the crowd, who will play a key role in grass- roots organizing for the eventual 2012 GOP presidential nominee. "I'm well acquainted with winning," Trump said. "That's what this country needs now."
Maybe I'll just tolerate nasally twang and just watch as Trump making faces and his hair slides back and forth?(:>)
We're now in the silly season. Life's to serious to take twangs and twitches too seriously!
