In house printing facility for various papers and passes....good stock of military uniforms.

as a temporary shelter for unaccompanied children.So what is the definition of "children" in this scenario? Birth to 17 with 18 being considered an adult, or will they be using the gun-control/Affordable Care Act definition of birth to 26?
My money is on the second, this is how you get enemy combatants, 18 to 26 years old into our country.

Often one or both of the the parents of "unaccompanied minors" are already living (illegally) in the USA. When the minor strolls up to our "border", they just tell the CBP agent "My mother wants me to join her in Chicago". The agents, who basically now work as alien smugglers, call the mother to check the story, and then arrange transportation for the minor via some left-wing charity (paid for by taxpayers) so he can join his illegal alien mother in Chicago.
Fundamental transformation doesn't happen all by itself.
