Still waiting for that AMERICAN birth certificate....when will it be coming....maybe after a printer can fix it?
I was thinking about this last night.
There is a difference between being a debate champ and being a Slick Willy.
Rubio has the Slick Willy political vibe.
Cruz has the Moot Court I will cite you law and case vibe.
I have no doubt Cruz is brilliant. But he is stilted.
Rubio is like a Snake Oil Salesman.
Well, the CFG is pretty liberal on immigration, but that isn’t the main focus of the organization. Their main platform is fiscal conservatism, lower taxes, lower spending. I’m sure most of the stronger conservative candidates have gotten funding from CFG over the years.
Riiiiiight.
That may be. But we have to live in the real World where a snake oil salesman beat an alleged brilliant debater. The Snake Oil Salesman beat the expert at least last night. I wonder how this will affect Cruz’s campaign. He has been off his game for a week dealing with birther issues and other problems. I doubt he’ll win Iowa now. Trump has this nomination now.
You think he can beat Trump........no way. Not even 1 percent chance anymore.
Conjecture and nonsensical idiocy. I’d expect to see this type of article in Salon or Media Matters.
Anyone who has Amazon Prime should check out Alpha House. Yes, it is based on Republicans. But it does have some very funny moments.
Andy Guzman is so Marco Rubio - except for the sex addict thing. Kelly Rippa’s husband plays him.
What is amazing is that so many people on this forum enthusiastically support the one candidate that has publicly admitted to being "corrupt" by paying off politicians. They are willing to overlook that as "just business", but if anyone else takes donations, then they are corrupt, bought and paid for... The hypocrisy is overwhelming.
Goldman Sachs “gave” him nothing. He took a loan at a favorable interest rate, IIUC from his own brokerage account.
“Goldman Sachs âgaveâ him nothing.”
Sure they did.

I called up club for growt hand they denied that they have any position on Amnesty. They said they had some members who supported it and some who did not but they did not take a position.
Ted has posted the birth certificate of his mom which establishes her as a citizen at birth and shows that her age at Ted’s birth would establish him to be a citizen of the US at birth as well. Doesn’t matter that he was born in Canada.
I know, we’ve had this discussion before and you don’t believe me.
Needs a mustache and you got Snidely Whiplash.
Let us not forget the $500k loan from Goldman Sachs that bought him his first Senate seat - a margin loan no less.
This is a silly article.
Ted Cruz is more of a free trader than Donald Trump, and he is the main alternative to Trump, so it’s logical that The Club For Growth would donate to his campaign. As for Goldman, Heidi Cruz works there, so it would be strange if no Goldman employees at all contributed to his campaign. Even at that hotbed of “New York values”, Goldman Sachs, some conservatives work.
The Democrats are hoping that he gets the nomination.
The blogpimp has spoken! It’s over!
