Because Ted Cruz mentioned it in his closing remarks? Well it is a good idea for as many people as possible to see it.

Pure genius!

*************************************

I am constantly amazed at what Trump and his team come up with. This is so ‘simple’, but SUCH a win-win on so many levels. He needs to do this in many more towns ...... one of the best, most effective way to get the Benghazi message out & highlight the treachery of Killary/Obama & show support for those heroes of Benghazi that the Democrats (Cummings, Schiff et al) are now accusing of being liars.

He should send Hillary and her band of corrupt aides engraved invitations, along with Barry and Susan Rice.

It would be a great thing to do in as many places as possible.

This will get FAR more publicity (for both Mr. Trump and Hitlery) than regular ads, as it has the added twist of boldness and brilliance. You have to admire the man for this....I think it would bring in some new votes.

Pray America wakes

Trump is a giver....

He is. Moves like this also demonstrate his empathy. He gets it that a free night at the movies is something that's rare for a lot of families that are hurting economically. He's giving them a night out and a chance to bond with others who share their ideals.

Think about it. ANY ONE of the other candidates could've done this with some of their campaign money. But they don't think that way.

“Well, I wonder about the cost benefits”

Yes!

1) Can’t be no more than $8/person, so very small impact on his enormous budget.
2) People are always compelled to take advantage of free stuff!
3) If the movie is anything of the quality of Michael Bay’s other films, in addition to telling a story that the media and govt has lied about consistantly, they will tell friends and family to watch it. MEGA-FREE advertising for the movie!

This is very cheap political advertising. Trump could do this until November.

In a month the theaters would be more than happy to sell seats for 50 cents.

What better way to keep the focus on Hillary’s incompetence than to show a movie created by Hillary’s Hollywood supporters.

This was a great move by Trump.

Yes, he is. And being a. . . well, good person/ high achiever, anticipating good things in other people is his default expectation.

LOL We are going to get so tired of saying he is SUCH a genius. Not.
(happy dance I can’t WAIT!)

That's really a great idea, too. And showing Benghazi is just brilliant.

Don't think it will gain him votes.

It'll get him media (probably national) which never seems to hurt Trump.

I'd guess that even though it's in Iowa it's about facing Hillary in the general more than winning the primaries. If this gets national attention it's likely to get more people to see it nationwide and not buy Hillary's explanations.
