This is about all "vegan lunch choices" at school are good for.
Humans have incisors for a reason...ripping apart animal flesh. Let the Vegans explain away that one.
Ah! The perfect diet for little kids in school...POLITICALLY CORRECT INDOCTRINATION.
Yep! They will serve up a plate of political stew steaming with all types of veggies and the little kids will have to eat them or they will be chastised by the rest of the groupies and socialist teachers.
It won’t take long to get them in line and eating their veggies though, for “group think” is the way of the future.
I’m waiting for the school that arms the kids with 22s, trains them, and let’s them go squirrel hunting over lunch.

And they need iron (the main ingredient in MEAT .. for the development of their bones, and to help them grow strong.
This is just more of the schools getting involved in things they have no business doing.
It would be better to work with the parents to make sure they can give their children the good food they need; and then the school can alter their food program .. FOR ALL THE STUDENTS.

Vegetarianism and its offshoots (e.g. veganism) are not diets designed for nutrition. They have other purposes. They are diets selected for political correctness and for advancing a leftist narrative.
Unfortunately, children’s optimal brain development is easily disrupted by less than optimal diets, and such a setback is not recoverable.
I don’t think any school has any business trying to impose a diet on kids for the purpose of being politically correct.
I don’t think this is a public school, hence probably not affected by teachers’ unions.
If I were a parent of school age children and had the means to send them to private school, I’d certainly choose a better school than this. Schools should not be in the business of indoctrinating children or trying to impose unnatural diets on them; they need to be educating kids.
