Did God create time?

When preaching the Gospel to people of other religions, it is important to make clear that the God we worship is the ultimate being. God is the sole source of all things, He is uniquely worthy of worship, and the fundamental sin of humanity is that we put other things before God. If we don't make this clear, there is a danger that people of other religions will add God to their pantheon, as today's feedback illustrates.

A finite mind cannot comprehend what is infinite. We know some things about God through nature and reason. Other things are revealed in the Bible because He wants us to know about Him.
Notice in this passage from the Bible what it says about the nature of God. It makes a clear distinction between the Creator and His creation. We are meant to worship the Creator but not the Creation.
Romans 1:18-25
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man—and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
A better question is did God create the DMV?
Now He couldn't have gotten much more specific than that I don't think!!!
There were a bunch of other special annual sabbath days and some with even longer intervals, but the one quoted above is the 4th commandment. As part of the unchanging moral law for all people from creation through eternity is perpetually weekly.
Nope. That ain’t it. Try again. You’ll need the Hebrew. I’ll explain it to you over the phone if you want, but I won’t post it here.
I think I recall what you’re getting at. You once explained and I didn’t recall till now.
The flood.
Jesus’ teaching in the NT has changed that interpretation —
-— by quite a bit.
But I never intended this post to get into sabbatarianism...
