I’m sure he can. If you remove the statistics for black crime in US cities, they would be among the safest in the world. Over a 2-year period in Wilmington, DE, 94% of all homicides were committed by blacks and the rest by Hispanics. None were committed by whites or Asians.

OR, Liberals think all Drug Dealers are Black, is that it?

What a a bunch of Bigots. Drug Dealers come in all the colors of the Rainbow, just like they lit up the White House.
