How can anything go wrong with 3 meats, curry & cabernet!
I always prepare a mix of slightly carmalized mix of onions and garlic cloves & serrano chili peppers to much everything I cook up. Although Sriracha sauce always good when lack of cooking time.
Yes, you are soooo right. I too, usually start with the caramalized onions and heat, but I don’t have a good knowledge of the various chili peppers, from mild to hottest. What do you recommend?
