The FBI and intelligence community "would go ballistic" if there's no indictment in the case of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of her private email server to conduct government business, former federal prosecutor Joseph diGenova tells Newsmax TV.
In an interview with "Newsmax Now" hosts John Bachman and Miranda Khan on Friday, the former U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia says the FBI will wrap up its probe of Clinton's email use in the next two to three months.
"This case is about the future of enforcement of classified information," diGenova declared. "[Clinton] has gotten a pass up to this point on any accusation being made public. But those days are going to be short lived."

You can politicize a government agency all day long, but if there is a revolt because of it, you really do have a tiger by the tail. The FBI does have information about you and your cronies, and you WON’T be in power forever.

Regular people would be rotting in jail already. Maybe facing execution for possible treason/espionage/spying charges with her muslim connections. And benghazi.
Yeah, but in a year, he won’t be. And all the agents (and their files) still will be. I think that you have to tread lightly here, even if you are a corrupt tyrant wanna-be.
If history is any indication, the new president, whether GOP or Dem, will ignore crimes committed by the outgoing. Just look at what Bush did, or rather failed to do, about Filegate, selling defense secrets to China, and the other crimes of Clinton.
Comey is a good man, I happen to believe one of the best we’ve got.
We shall see.
It is not their place to do political leaking. As much as I despise Hillary — this is something I do not want to see happen.

Can you image what would happen if all of obummers college transcripts were released? Including the financial support records where he claimed foreign student aide?
That would have derailed him in 2008, but no, the media covered and continues to cover for him.
