You outlined several POSSIBILITIES. Possibilities are not facts. Some of the possibilities were criminal offenses, some were not. Don’t count your chickens, etc.
Your first post was the possibility that they used secure fax even though the talking points were unclassified. That's a possibility so I asked why she instructed them to strip the headers. Your answer was the possibility they stripped the subject which was classified. So I pointed out that they have no authority at all to strip subject lines (or anything else) from a classified document and call it unclassified.
Do you have any more possibilities to offer? Anything that doesn't involve breaking the law?
