1. Candidate win 58% of the delegates
2. Top 2 candidates get way more than 58% and cut a deal to form a ticket.
2. If candidate in second balks. Then candidate one offers the veep slot to candidate in third.
Hmmmm.....Could this be the end game? A Trump/Cruz ticket?
