That’s right; at this point they are funded by wealth transfers to their increasingly useless populations. Taxpayers across all 50 states are keeping them afloat with Section 8 housing, SNAP/WIC food stamp programs, free school lunches (and schools, for that matter), ObamaCare, and Obama phones. I believe this was what Nancy Pelosi meant when she intimated that a government check was as good as a paycheck.

The mayor is quite willing to kill and otherwise victimise Americans (and legal non-Americans) to curry favor with the Hispanic lobby and other elements of the Left.

Philadelphia has likely already had its own Kate Steinle, and now thanks to the mayor it will certainly have more.
