All moral people are being driven underground. Perverts, criminals and muslims are taking over.

Yup, it is ‘the Chicago way’, to try and intimidate with brute force. And the cowardly little congress cannot get out of their cribs long enough to uphold their oath to the constitution.

I’ve looked this guide over carefully. It really does not appear to require FFLs or background checks for private sales. There are various things that define you as an ‘unlicensed dealer’, including:

1) A business card,
2) Representing yourself as a source of firearms for customers,
3) Taking orders, and offering to buy a specific firearm to immediately resell to that ordering person.
4) Repeatedly selling and then restocking the same model and make firearm,
5) Accepting credit cards, getting business insurance on your stock, and other similar business related activities.
6) — and this is the money one — As a general rule, you will need a license if you repetitively buy and sell firearms with the principal motive of making a profit. In contrast, if you only make occasional sales of firearms from your personal collection, you do not need to be licensed.

I guess this law can be abused, just like any and all other laws can be abused. But if things are as represented in the guidance, Armlist and Gunbroker and all these sorts of websites — and private sales at gun shows — should be fine.

More information above. A gun rights group in Virginia appears to agree.

But fingerprint tech can use many fingers as on the phone. You could even put in fingers of other family members.

Check out HIE/HIX Health Information Exchanges. ACA/CMS gives free money to medical providers and medical information processing organizations to build EHR Electronic Health Record systems. In exchange, CMS has full access to the data.

Of course, CMS will protect the data with all kinds of bureaucratic security measures. You can rest assured, it will be protected as well as if it were data about Fed employees themselves.

There is a way, it is called election day... If you want to get rid of these lamebrain Democrats, hold election day on the traditional day, the first Tuesday after the first Monday, not 2 weeks before. If you are to busy or to lazy to vote, DON’T VOTE!

In the not too distant past the number one and number two prescribed medications in US healthcare were— 1.)Anti-depressants (all categories, led by SSRIs Serotonin Reuptake inhibitors) and

2.) Dyslipidemic drugs (statins etc.)

The diagnosis needed for prescription for anti-depressants is fairly broad— and one cannot assume mental illness as causality. Life stress— sure. This diagnosis can be twisted by the so-called “physician subjective snitch”.

I’ve been voting for over 60 years and never voted except on the traditional election day...I detest the advance voting....had to be put in place by dems. By the way, voting is no guarantee we will get rid of the lamebrain dems - didn’t work in 1992, 1996, 2008, 2012, did it?

He has not shed a tear about so much killing. The genocide of Christians by his ISIS hommies in Syria did not draw a tear.
I think this was just a police theater.

One think different is that he wants doctors to put patients on lists and he wants to make it difficult for people on social security to own guns.
