On a frigid night when Hillary Clinton drew an estimated 600 people to a campaign event in Des Moines, Iowa, Donald Trump was a world away in icier Massachusetts and out-drawing her twelve-fold – including one man who brought a pocket full of handgun ammunition.
New England voters gave him a warm reception in the college town of Lowell on Monday after braving 19-degree weather and 10 mph winds as they stood in an hours-long Secret Service line to see him at the Paul Tsongas Center, a 7,300-seat arena that was packed to the rafters.
'You guys are tough!' Trump roared as he took the stage.

anyoen got pictures of cruz’s crowd? Cruz was suppose to be 2nd most popular but I’ve never seen loud crowds at Cruz’s rally which is kinda odd

I recall Lowell as an ex shoe factory town, immigrants. A perfect place for Trump to show the range of his support.

Trump will be in Iowa 4 days from now. Clear Lake, Iowa for a rally and close to Mason City. After the 6th R debate, I’m sure Trump will blitz the heck out of Iowa in the last 2 weeks before the caucus. Cruz goes by bus, Trump flies all over Iowa using jets and helicopters.

I am from Massachusetts, born and reared in Worcester ... That is not very far from Lowell.
I can tell, with some authority, that THIS does not happen in Mass. No Way. I was a member of the MA GOP, and I NEVER, in the 36 years I lived there - as a child, a teen and an adult - saw anything like this for a GOP candidate. NOT ONCE! This is unfreakingreal.
Trump has added a second venue to his Iowa schedule besides Clear Lake on the 9th. He will be in Ottumwa, IA.
I’m a Cruz firster. Sounds like gangs lol.
