Park said an investigation by the Union County Prosecutor's Office's Special Prosecutions Unit and Kean University police found that McKelvey, a self-proclaimed activist, participated in a student rally to raise awareness of racism on college campuses on Nov. 17, but left midway through and walked to a computer station in a university library.
Once there, McKelvey allegedly created an anonymous Twitter account – @keanuagainstblk – and began posting threats of violence against black Kean students.
The first message around 10 p.m. said "kean university twitter against blacks is for everyone who hates blacks people" and a tweet about there being a bomb on the campus, and then continued with several other tweets about shooting black students at the university.

After making the posts, McKelvey returned to the rally and spread awareness of the threats, authorities said.

He did make threats of a racist nature, no? So prosecute him like anyone else.
We live in interesting times.
Racism is so endemic that it has to be faked. Micro aggressions are the modern equivalent of being forced to sit at the back of the bus.
Young people seem to have too much time on their hands and have been indoctrinated by Communists for too long.

It’s incredible how desperately some people want to be victims that they invent persecution.
Heterosexual, white, tax paying, Christian/Judeo, conservative American males don’t naturally threaten others, but the different leftist factions somehow need to be able to accuse.
When enough becomes enough, there may very well be some regrets. I wish the freaks would back down.

Apparently she isn’t working enough if she has time to return to campus, join silly demonstrations, and create fake threats. As I understand it, personal trainers in NJ are low-paid gym employees; she should have invested her time (and money) better in college.
Like many blacks in NJ, she opted for a degree that required little math, science, or fluency in English - what could go wrong with that plan? Any reasonably fit eighth grader could do her job.
