Russian President Vladimir Putin is Israelis’ person of the year, according to a Panels Research poll taken for The Jerusalem Post and its Hebrew sister publication Ma’ariv Sof Hashavua.
The poll of 527 respondents representing a statistical sample of the Jewish adult population, was taken Tuesday and has an error margin of ±4.3 percent.
Twenty-nine percent of respondents chose Putin as their person of the year, 16% picked German Chancellor Angela Merkel, 15% Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, 3% Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, 2% Pope Francis, 2% US President Barack Obama and 33% said they did not know.

And why not? Putin has befriended BiBi while Obama has abandoned him. Its a sad state of affairs. 12 more months.
But in the USA they still vote democrat.
Israel’s are not worried about Assad staying in power.
Putin is putting the hurt down on Israel’s , Jordan’s, Egypts enemies right now.

Vladimir Putin does demand and get respect, in just about everything he says or does.

Sad but not surprising. If you look at thecrew’s post histories you will find the majority are devout lesser evil/no matter what types that back fully the GOP supporting Obama. Naturally they oppose anyone opposing Obama’s view of things.
In short, they are liberals. Putin is far from a nice guy. He’s a POS. But Putin is doing the job our liberals will not and should be at least respected for his contribution to eradicating at least part of the muslim problem.
Putin — so far — is treating Jerusalem fairly. Obama means death to the Israelis. They’ve seen Muslim “murder eyes” before, they see the enemy’s face every day in fact. Even some of the leftist-bloc Israelis recognized its better to keep Bibi’s government awhile (which they don’t like politically) than to let Obama destroy them, their little country, and their families -
And in Europe they still support the “refugees” and incursion into Western Civilization of every foe of Western Civilization.
Of course, these are the JINOs, who are communists/socialists first and who consider Christian Europe to be their greatest threat.

I was told, unequivocally, on this very board, that Putin hates Israel and is in Syria to get to Israel, which he plans on bombing and destroying.
