Ann Coulter:Trey Gowdy’s Endorsement of Rubio Will Be No More Effective Than His Benghazi Hearings
breitbart.com ^ | 1/1/16 | Julia Hahn

Conservative columnist and best-selling author Ann Coulter provided Breitbart News with her exclusive reaction to Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) endorsement of donor-class favorite and presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)

Coulter told Breitbart, “I expect this endorsement will be as game-changing as Gowdy’s Benghazi investigation. (Big fat flop.)”

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump similarly keyed in on Gowdy’s Benghazi performance,

Coulter has previously mocked Gowdy for comparing illegal immigration to a child harmlessly wandering into a neighbor’s yard. Gowdy, like Rubio, has backed citizenship for illegal aliens. Gowdy also supported the selection of Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)

There is the fact about it bringing out the email stuff. Gowdy has a mind like a steel trap that I admire.
And it may influence some of the constituents in Gowdy’s local area.
Otherwise not so much. I unsubscribed from Gowdy’s email list yesterday. Not sure how I ever got on it.
BTW, he did not trash Trump when given the chance on FNC the other day. I liked that too.

I’m disappointed in Gowdy endorsing Rubio but I’m not hearing who would have done better with the Benghazi investigation.

After all, only a fool believed that anything was going to happen in any of the investigations as long as Obama is in office and has full control over the DOJ. Letting the investigation drag on till after the election is the best we could ever hope for.

Trey Gowdy reminds me of Lyndsey Graham.

During Bill Clinton's impeachment, a lot of us thought Lyndsey was going to be an up and coming Conservative leader.

We all know how that turned out.

The most important aspect of Gowdy’s endorsementis that he has removed all doubt that he is on the side of illegal aliens and their employers against the citizens and the rule of law.

Gowdy is on board The Cheap Labor Express

Since the hildebeast will NEVER be charged with anything, Trey needs to just shut the investigation down and quit wasting time and money. Then he could concentrate on helping marco win the nomination. Well, maybe not. I had a momentary glimmer of hope that something would come of this but it soon vanished. Just like any reference to some alleged video that hildebeast never mentioned.

Don’t often agree with Ann but she is spot on.

I said back when they appointed this nitwit to run those hearings that he would be a disaster. Got flack for it. Guess what? He was a disaster.

It just occurred to me that, for these also-rans that keep bumping along at the bottom, but have fat campaign war chests, it’s nothing but legalized bribery. ANYBODY can drop a fat check on them and buy a piece of the politician. Because they get to keep the money! It’s sick.

So there must be a “line” where it doesn’t “pay” to stay in the race any longer. But of course, “we”, (gopE, not me) won’t support “non-traditional/tea party” type can’t-idates. Thanks to mitchee mcCONell for that little tidbit. Remember last (s)elections when people voted new reps in with the promis that bohener and mcCONell would both get booted? Dang! Fooled us again. Well at least the capitulating bohener is gone and there we have paul ryan to stand up for............ Oh, never mind.

We South Carolina Republicans have known sore disappointment in recent years.

Flimsey Graham, Nikki Haley (bring in the muzzies!) and now Trey Gowdy, who was supposed to have Hillary dancing barefoot on a hot griddle.

Geez.....
