Now...I see this background check expansion as nonsensical because background checks are already required. I don't see how Onumbnuts can mandate background checks for private sales.

It is unconstitutional for a president to declare something to be a law. Only Congress, by the Constitution, can create laws. His executive orders don’t mean diddley if nobody decides to comply. Don’t comply! I won’t!

First, he would see an immediate push back by lawmakers, NRA and other pro-2nd amendment groups.
Secondly, Americans would threaten revolution. Not mere tawk...but real honest to goodness civil disobedience. I'm convinced there is a powder keg in this country. Folks are FED up.
