Why can’t Trump reinstate the Constitution and put in front and center against the feds?

Congress won't stand for it which is why he would have to undo it the same way the resident did it. People don't like to hear that but how do you think it got this bad without the help of Congress?

Enforcing the Constitution with or without Congress, is not “dictatorial”, it is enforcing the Supreme Law of the Land.

Of course the executive branch cannot constitutionally make law even though that is what the Enemy in Chief does regularly. However, Trump and/or more likely VP-to-President Cruz, would have many tools at his disposal.

1) Using the bully pulpit against Congress on a) clearly constitutional action needed and b) clearly unconstitutional laws that he will refuse to enforce citing Article and Clause in the Constitution for his reasons. Congress is nothing but political opportunists and if the American People rallied around Trump/Cruz’s bully pulpit, Congress at some point would cave in because they are ALL about their own political future.

2) Without Congress, Trump/Cruz could immediately begin dismantling the unconstitutional cabinet positions and the whole unconstitutional Administrative State sending those hideous unelected “regulators” and hundreds of thousands of government workers packing.

What a sight that would be and what a glorious time for America. That would be the ONE thing I could truly thank Obama for - going too far and pushing America into action to regain her freedom!

The cut&pasted anti-polka dot post:

That silly polka-dot graph you post constantly is ridiculous. For example, Trump’s 2A policy is better than any other candidate, with his national concealed carry idea.

Cruz’s Speechwriter and Communications Director, Amanda Carpenter, works at Conservative Review. So of course, there is no bias there. /s

And that you say to contact some outside group if we do not like the ratings is you just trying to deflect responsibility that YOU are posting this simplistic hogwash over and over.

I am going to post this comment every time I see your silly polka dots! (The fact that I have also mastered cutting and pasting is hardly impressive, is it, LOL)

Good article! The first thing I did on January 1, 2016 was to go on-line and buy the new Rafael Cruz book “A time for Action”. I found this book on the Book-Depository site for $23.22 (with free worldwide delivery). For more information visit: http://www.bookdepository.com/book/9781944229009/?a_aid=booksprice

Thank you for this information. The first thing that I did when I woke up on January 1, 2016, was to go on-line and buy the new book “A Time for Action”, written by Rafael Cruz. I bought it on the Book Depository website for $23.22 (with free delivery worldwide). I heard Rafael Cruz speak during the Southern Republican Leadership Conference (SRLC) that took place in Oklahoma City on May 21-23, 2015. I was very impressed by what Rafael Cruz shared with us. His book “A Time for Action” needs to be more advertized so that more people will read it and become good supporters of Ted Cruz.
