Minneapolis City Councilwoman DOXES Constituents Who Criticized Her Black Lives Matter Protesting

A Minneapolis city councilwoman published the addresses, phone numbers and other personal contact information of people who took her to task for taking part in a Black Lives Matter protest that shut down the Mall of America on Wednesday.

Not only that, but Alondra Cano had the audacity to complain on social media that she was the one being targeted for abuse.

Cano, who was elected to office in 2013 on the Democratic-Farmer-Labor party ticket, published screenshots of the critical messages she received through the city's website. The shots included the names, home addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of the complainants along with their messages for Cano.

The complaints do not seem overly hostile or personal. Instead, they were merely critical of Cano's participation as a public official in the so-called "Black XMas" demonstrations at Bloomington's Mall of America, one of the largest in the nation.

Cano took part in the peaceful yet disruptive demonstration even though a county judge ruled against organizers on Tuesday, saying that the mall's owners would have a right to arrest demonstrators who refused to leave the shopping center.

The activists, who had advertised the event on social media, planned to protest several police-involved deaths, including last month's shooting of Minneapolis native Jamar Clark, a 24-year-old black man who was fatally shot by police responding to an assault complaint. Four activists were arrested during the protests at the mall, and stores shut down for around an hour as police cleared the area. Activists later protested at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International airport, where they blocked traffic and caused delays.

One person who contacted Cano asserted that her participation in the protests made her "unfit to be a Minneapolis City Council member." And a woman told Cano that she should be dismissed for "blatantly disregarding" the judge's order against the demonstration.

"What a great role model you aren't," the woman wrote.

"Shame on you," one man chided. "You are the reason I choose not to do business in Minneapolis."

Cano posted the messages on Wednesday afternoon, prompting a heated response on social media. She attached her own comments to the posts. In one, she wrote: "hope 1 day U can understand Y #BlackLivesMatter. Sincerely, Council Member who's not resigning. #BlackXmas2"

Rather than complying with calls to remove the posts of the complainants' personal information, Cano, who said in an interview in 2013 favorably cited Marxist guerilla Che Guevara, complained that she was being "targeted" for supporting Black Lives Matter.

She also indicated that she was allowed to post the information on social media because she was contacted through a system which has records available under the Minnesota Data Practices Act.

"Data practices requests are helpful in exposing racism," Cano wrote, implying that the people who contacted her are racists.

Not surprised that Im being targeted 4 supporting today's #BlackLivesMatter event. Data practices requests are helpful in exposing racism.

- Alondra Cano (@People4Alondra) December 24, 2015

One of the men doxed by Cano told The Daily Caller that he has contacted an attorney to find out if the councilwoman violated the Data Practices Act.

"At minimum her actions seem abnormal, unprofessional and irresponsible," said the man, who asked that his name not be used.

He also called Cano's office shortly after 5 p.m. local time to request that she remove the postings. On a voicemail, he said that he felt her actions were unprofessional "and potentially illegal."

The man said that while he believes that Cano has the full legal right to participate in protests, he felt that it was irresponsible for an elected official "to create problems for neighboring police agencies that already have plenty to do."

He also said that Cano's actions send "a very clear message that if you disagree with me, you'd best keep it to yourself" and that "if you're stupid enough to contact [her], you'd best falsify your identity because [she's] going to publicly release it."

Update: Cano blocked TheDC from viewing her Twitter account after this article was posted. She also deleted the tweets containing her constituents' information. Additional details have been added to the article.

She believes anyone who disagrees with her is doing evil. Therefore, anything she does to them is perfectly fine and if anything should happen to them, well, that's not her fault. They shouldn't have been doing evil.

H/T to our FRiend servo1969 for the post.

Observe the Leftist's full quote:

- Alondra Cano (@People4Alondra) December 24, 2015

Just as we observed in 2012 in Noo Yawk, where the Leftist Gannett published the home addresses of every gun owner in the region (in the hopes they would be targets), now we see a sitting politician publishing the names of her ideological opponents, presumably with the same intent.

With the recent revelation of Leftists openly advocating their opponents be shot, this is supporting that desire by providing a target list.

The mask is off, people.

Existential Cage Theory was intended for this type of witch.

Get a cage
Put the liberal in the cage
Weld the door shut
Walk away.

Whether it’s an actual steel cage, a fence between a divided America...call the ‘cage’ what you will. Eventually folks it’s them or us. they will as history proves beyond argument, escalate to Stalin/Mao violence. It is happening now and more by the day.

Historically, the lefts thinking always ends up with ditches filled with bodies.

I get very few bites on Twitter, even when I’m telling them their ideology will lead to civil war. I think they’re scared of their own creation.

From a SOCIALIST website talking about their “victories” in Minneapolis:

Minneapolis milestone

In a letter published in the three main Spanish language papers, 20 prominent Latino community leaders signed a letter supporting Ty Moore, pointing out that “he is the only candidate with a platform to advance immigrant rights at a city level”, including a moratorium on deportations and voting rights for all residents in city elections, regardless of immigration status. Latino support for Moore was especially significant because the Democratic Party candidate, Alondra Cano, campaigned heavily on her immigrant background.

Cano moved sharply to the left in response to the echo our message received in Ward 9. At the same time, she appealed for support from the political establishment. In his analysis of Socialist Alternative’s campaigns, Professor Halle wrote in CounterPunch that “strong third-party challenges have shown, as did Occupy Wall Street two years ago, that they can force a shift in the political agenda, requiring Democrats to get on board or expose themselves as the servants of capital which their business model requires them to be”.

The campaign’s strong showing indicates the huge potential for a socialist to win a seat in a corporate-dominated election process on a platform of demands around working-class issues. Initial coverage of the results has elevated the national conversation around future initiatives to channel the post-Occupy, anti-party mood into strong third-party challenges to corporate politics.

The Democratic Party establishment recognised we might win and mobilised heavily for us. In particular, backed by Occupy Homes, our campaign was linked to the struggle against foreclosures and police evictions. In a direct attack, sheriffs executed a 5am election day raid on Jaymie Kelly, a lifetime Ward 9 resident whose high-profile struggle against eviction was a central feature of our campaign. Sheriffs responded in less than 24 hours after posting the writ to evict Kelly, a very public supporter, in a politically motivated attempt to send a message of intimidation and to disrupt our election day efforts to get out the vote.

The mayor and top leaders in the legislature organised fundraisers for Alondra Cano. Voters received robo-calls from Senator Al Franken. Keith Ellison, chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, and other party leaders held a rally on the eve of the election. Yet Ty Moore’s campaign raised $55,000, out-fundraising Cano three to one in the final two months, in a swell of donations from community supporters. This was achieved while refusing any corporate donations. But the combined weight of the Democratic Party machine and the NAR intervention mobilised the dwindling Democratic Party base and secured Cano a narrow majority on election day.

“You are the reason I choose not to do business in Minneapolis.”

The people targeted by this creature should publish details about her daily schedule/whereabouts on mass media; this is absurd. As these unassimilated creatures are provided every basic need (and many luxuries as well) by predominantly white taxpayers, the continued flight of normal people from these areas will continue unabated.

They should be. AS long as they can sit and ‘intellectually’ talk about X, then X seems like a great idea. When the consequences hit them, it’s a different story.

When the consequences of this hit them, it will enslave and or kill them. They created a set of moral-less animals that will riot and kill anything white, anything with ‘stoff’, white or not’ and with a victim complex that they themselves instilled in them.

The only thing we should do when the SHTF, rather than ensure our own safety, is retarget the ferals at ‘rich liberals’. And let justice be served. They created it, let them deal with it. We can mop up later.

Sounds like she used her position to have an agency obtain normally private info on anyone who dared criticize her. She certainly didn't discover this private into on her own. In the old days, this use to be called an abuse of power under color of law, and it is a Federal crime. In essence one is abusing one's power to deprive others of their constitutional rights.
