To Rick’s point, we start by NOT having Catholic schools in Detroit open Muslim prayer rooms!

If you don’t know the difference between “reaching out” and CAPITULATION, don’t bother me with your ideas.

I would’ve asked Scarborough if he thought American muslims were more worthy than those Americans JFK encouraged to ‘ask not what their country could do’ for them.

Because thats exactly what his comments imply. The rest of us are supposed to wonder what we can do for our country.

I like it. Good for Santorum. Every candidate who doesn’t give in to the leftist agenda is a plus.

Santorum is an undeservingly maligned man.

He's maligned because he continuously runs for the nomination. Unlike Huckabee, Santorum didn't land a Fox News show or even a Fox News regular commentator role like Sarah Palin did for a goodly time.

Look at Huckabee now ... polling 3%. After he made his millions, he gave up his FNC Saturday night show to run again! Huckabee's time (if any) was in 2012, but 2012 was "Mitt's turn," and the Huckster wanted to make money. Sorry Huck, you have your money, but you can't have the presidency now.

These politicians, especially former office holders have their motives and I think lining their own pockets is always a major part of their goal. Winning isn't always everything, except when it comes to Donald Trump.

Agreed. He followed the Reagan rule and defended magic bullet boy Arlene Specter. I do remember it created a firestorm and sadly damaged Rick beyond repair in the eyes of most conservatives.

Too bad.

What the media refuses to discuss or even acknowledge is basic Muslim theology. Muslims that do believe in the Koran as written are totally incompatible with democracy and freedom. The Koran is not just a theology but a total and exact way of living, governing, and spreading the philosophy of the Koran. The state and religion are one and the same. If the state is not in compliance with the Koran it is no longer legitimate and must be destroyed.

The only Muslims that can exist peaceably in Western Societies are those that in effect reject the basic tenets of Sharia law. In effect they become apostates and are considered enemies of the religious state and are prosecuted and destroyed with even more anger and hate than is directed at the West. These Muslim “apostates” are the greatest threat to the classical laws of Sharia.

PS
I have lived and worked in the Middle East. There are many very good Muslims there that do not share the concepts of classical Koranic law and Sharia. They are “shitless” scared to voice their opinion. They do know what will happen if they do.

When I worked in the Middle East our company had a darts team. We would play against other companies and government agencies. In Oman we always liked playing against the “Research Department.” The Research Department was actually the Omani Secret Service. They always had the best booze and many things against Koranic Code.

I will never forget one night when we were playing darts at our place. We would have drinks play a few rounds of arrows and have a break for food and more drinks. One of our lads was working in the kitchen and had got a bit drunk. Actually a lot drunk. He prepared cheese and snacks, etc. He also had prepared some snacks with ham. We normally did this but never never never when we played the Omani Research Department also know as the secret police. He came out with the trays of snacks and I and a mate saw what was on the tray. He and I went to each side of our mate and literally lifted off his feet and carried him back to the kitchen and instructed him to stay their least we beat him half to death.

One thing that really pissed me off is the Omani Research Department guys wore a Dish Dash, which is the classic Arab Robe. They would go over the start line with their feet but you could not call them on it because the Dish Dash covered their feet. We solved the problem by wearing a Dish Dash when we played them, we would cheat also.

I actually did enjoy my time working in Oman. Most there were pretty damn good people.

I spent much of my childhood in Istanbul in the 50s. I did not learn about Islam then but because of that I have since studied and kept abreast of things Turkish and Moslem. I was a little late coming to the realization of what was happening with Erdogan and the present transformation because I remember the Turks as generally really nice folks and when I was old enough to learn more I knew that Turkiye had a real relatively large and western oriented middle class. I did not want to see that country sliding back toward classical Islam but there it is.

Joe Scarborough knows liberal elite ‘upper-class type’ Muslims who write for the New York Times... that group represents so few Muslims in the ME they're like a few grains of sand on a beach.

Santorum's describing the beliefs of the people at war with us - - the group we must understand to stop.

It's as if leading up to World War II Joe Scarborough had listened to some professors from Heidelberg Germany talk about the loftiest philosophical positrons on ethics... while ignoring the ramblings of Hitler's followers.

Yes, there are wise and good Muslims... and their beliefs are shared by the upper classes. But the vast majority of people in the ME who are politically plugged in fall MORE toward ISIS.

It was that time I was thinking about when I posted

I met Santorum for the first time in the late 80's (I think) when he was brought in as a featured speaker for an AMWAY rally in SW Pa.

He spoke of free enterprise and entrepreneurialism and I voted for him based on that

undeservingly maligned man...No. One note Rick has just recently realized that Christians and civilization are threatened MORE by Muslims than abortion, because abortions are part of the Muzzie strategy for taking over Civilization.

That does not negate that malignment of many years by conservatives

Rick has recognized the evil of abortion from every angle ...

Muzzies are not so sophisticated to include abortion that precluded them by about twenty years as a part of their strategy

Muzzies have sworn to “overpower thew West by the womb.” Progs, liberals, insurectionists, Commies, whatever all support abortion. Santorum is against abortion but not against the propogaters of abortion. Show me a statement where he ever said the Dems, Commies, etal are looking to the demise of Western Civilization. He is part of them, except for one issue.

I don't study nor follow his every move ... sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof

Santorum is as much a politician as you are a commentator and speaks as carefully as he should

Gowdy is all KINDS of positive rhetoric and in the end, an empty suit

Rick's time has gone and there is no profitable exercise to be gained in our further conversation
