Similar to the current high up Pentagon folks saying they’re retiring if Trump wins. Yes folks, you certainly are. Hopefully also if Cruz wins.
I’m still very suspicious of any people at the Pentagon (military that is) commenting on politics at all.
I haven’t seen Trump exactly swearing devotion to the Constitution and that troubles me greatly.
Obummer despises the Constitution and especially the limits it places on him. Without getting into the dozens of reasons why he belongs in an orange jumpsuit, Obummer’s illegal Executive Orders alone are worthy of impeachment and removal from office. His “adjustments” to ObummerCare without Congressional action are singularly egregious.
Trump is accustomed to having his own way and I don’t think politics is going to sit well with him. When he gives an order and Congress fails to act, he can’t exactly yell “You’re fired!” and get it done.
My biggest fear is that Trump will take Obummer’s crimes as a precedent and start issuing his own Executive Orders, legal or not. “Hey, if he could do it why can’t I?”
Tyranny sucks, whether the tyrant is “our” guy or “their” guy and whether the actions are “right” or “wrong,” IMHO.
