A new Fox News poll finds 50 percent of voters favor Trump’s ban, while 46 percent are opposed.
However, when Trump’s name is removed from the question, support for the plan goes up five points and opposition goes down six: 55 percent favor the unnamed proposal, while 40 percent oppose it.
So while voters favor the “Trump†ban by a 4-point margin -- that increases to 15 points when the same ban is not associated with Trump.
There are stunning shifts in the responses among Democrats: 45 percent favor banning Muslims if Trump’s name is not mentioned, yet when the plan is identified as Trump’s, support drops to 25 percent.
Among Republicans, views hold steady: 71 percent favor it when attributed to Trump vs. 72 percent for the generic proposal.

The dhimmicrats are scared witless of Trump. For good reason. He will steamroll over witch Hillary.
That only means 45% of Americans don’t have enough sense to come in out of the rain. ISIS boasts about infiltrating refugees. Americans welcome them in and Congress finances them. The future for Americans is about to get very dark.
I don’t think it’s just the unti-party that is afraid, I think all of the GO PEE, media and talking heads, super pacs and lobbyists are also...

I wonder if independents were part of this poll. If so, they would be at about 50/50, which I would find a bit disappointing. I would hope for 60/40 in support of the Muslim ban.
Well, the Repubs are split three ways when it comes to how best to defend the US from jihadists.
They want to:
(a) ally with Russia to kill ISIS
(b) punch Russia in the nose
(c) just keep these people out of the US; keep them in the middle east where they belong.
One of the things that drove me nuts about the debate is how Rubio kept saying the terrorist in San Bernidino was born an american citizen-— well the other half of the terrorist couple— the wife was not born an american citizen...
D. Trump was the first of the candidates to propose it. It makes sense unless one wants to spread Sharia law.

This number will probably drop another 10% by the next election if there’s no more Muzzie attacks or will increase another 10% if there is another big one.
Just think of the lives GW Bush would have saved if banning Muslims from coming to USA was his plan instead of invading Iraq.
this is what Rubio said exactly-— “The attacker in San Bernardino was an American citizen, born and raised in this country. He was a health inspector; had a newborn child and left all that behind to kill 14 people.” I am sorry Rube but there were two attackers— maybe you should try reading a news story before you comment on it...
