ATLANTA (Reuters) A federal judge will hear a high-profile discrimination lawsuit brought by a former Atlanta fire chief who claims he was fired for his religious beliefs after publishing a book critical of homosexuality.
In a 2013 self-published book, 'Who Told You That You Were Naked?,' Cochran called homosexuality 'vulgar' and 'the opposite of purity.'
Cochran distributed about 20 copies of the book at work, and the city fired him early this year after employees complained to city council members, city attorney Robert N. Godfrey said.

Why did they complain? Throw it in the basket. geez
The guy will get his job back, if he wants it; or a huge settlement.
It was one short paragraph in a whole book, expressing views the majority hold.
Homosexuals spend their whole lives trying to silence that little voice in their head that keeps saying”What you’re doing is wrong”.Then people like this guy come along speaking the truth, and that little voice starts speaking up again.
Our “courts” with their clown “judges” have turned into the Greatest Show On Earth. The Founding Fathers never saw this coming.
The chef is a highly distinguished firefighter who also happens to be black. Even his color and extraordinary professional accomplishments did not protect him from this horrible assault on his constitutional and civil rights by the queer NKVD.
So if I simply comment that homosexuals, across the board, suffer much higher rates of HIV, HepC, cancer, drug addiction and suicide and conclude it is therefore not a healthy lifestyle - that is “hate speech?”
The truth is hate speech only to the mentally ill.
If he hadn’t handed out the book at work, I think he’d have a slam-dunk case. But if his doing that violated some sort of policy, and if the policy itself was not patently illegal, his case might be in jeopardy.
Or to those who hate the Truth.
“Cochran called homosexuality ‘vulgar’ and ‘the opposite of purity.’”
Vulgar:
1. Lacking sophistication or good taste; unrefined
1.1 Making explicit and offensive reference to sex or bodily functions; coarse and rude
Purity:
1. Freedom from adulteration or contamination
1.1 Freedom from immorality, especially of a sexual nature

Seems like his statements were completely factual to me.
Yes, that is very true as well.
Does anyone see this lawsuit going anywhere with a court systems that bends over for the sodomites?
He’s going to win, BIG.
Fixed.
It’s my understanding and recollection that he only gave the book at work to those who specifically requested a copy. I don’t have time for a bunch of searching right now by you’re welcome to proceed to do so.
Truth: It's the new HATE SPEECH.
