The Obama administration cannot be sure of the whereabouts of thousands of foreigners in the U.S. who had their visas revoked over terror concerns and other reasons, a State Department official acknowledged Thursday.
The admission, made at a House oversight hearing examining immigrant vetting in the wake of major terror attacks, drew a sharp rebuke from the committee chairman.
“You don’t have a clue do you?†Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, told Michele Thoren Bond, assistant secretary for the Bureau of Consular Affairs.
Bond initially said the U.S. has revoked more than 122,000 visas since 2001, including 9,500 because of the threat of terrorism.

Check the welfare rolls in the various states. In the UK and Euro trash countries, the jihadists are often on the welfare lists.
But you can believe that they can manage to zero in on every law-abiding citizen who tries to opt out of CommieCare, taxes, and all the other ways in which they keep drawing the perimeter closer around controlling our lives.
But yet they’d find an Australian girl of sixteen who overstayed her visa by one day. She was caught leaving the country at Canada and spent two weeks in jail. Her frantic parents were not notified and the girl couldn’t communicate with them. She was finally released. This happened a couple of years ago.
But the paperwork was done correctly, that’s what counts.
Maybe these guys will threaten to retire if Trump's elected... we could get lucky here...

During his opening remarks Chaffetz, said: “It is unclear how someone who so openly discussed her hatred of our country and way of life could easily pass three background checks. We need to understand how the breakdown happened with Malik and what we are doing to make sure it doesn’t happen again.”
There was no breakdown. She just used the system as it is implemented. I wish they’d all quit calling it a breakdown and realize the system stops no one.

I only hope Trump is on the trail. He seems to be the ONLY one to bring up these deficiencies that would else languish and die in the establishment circle.
I wish that you were right but the rules for civil servants are such that getting rid of them may be the biggest job Trump has ever undertaken. It may not be possible.

Trump may be the guy to effectively change such rules if he has both chambers (effectively as in paying wholesale or less). His record indicates little tolerance for those that under-perform.
