“The candidate they’ve been expecting for months finally showed up on Tuesday evening.”
a bit like showing up for work several months late...

I’m glad the GOPe thinks Jeb is a winner, they can keep demonstrating foolishness kicking their dead horse, like the liberals Rino’s can’t help themselves, they just gotta do what they gotta do.

Interesting as over at the WaPo they think Bush got his clock cleaned and is now done.

As if we needed more evidence that "the news" is no longer the news these days but "media marketing" instead.

An hour before the debate started, an empty limousine pulled up in front of the CNN venue. The driver got out, open the door, and outstepped JEB.

Horse$hit! Jeb peed down his leg! He stumbled through his own opening and closing remarks and sounded like a whiney moron. My 15 year-old daughter even said, “I don’t like him.”

To be clear I’m not a Trump supporter, and certainly not a Bush fan.
I found that their interactions lessened both. Trump was whiny and Bush acted the child when he saw that his interruptions were flustering Trump he got a little look of delight and then started interjecting for the singular purpose of talking over Trump.

Let’s see if FOX reverses course this week and has Yeb on every program like they did Rubio last week.

the most memorable line of the debate's early stages when he said Trump was "a chaos candidate. And he'd be a chaos president."
The media started drumming that one out literally five minutes after the debate. The media is trying to force this into being a "memorable line". It's pure BS. Trump crushed him when he said that when the debate process first started, Bush was standing right next to him. With each debate, Bush keeps moving farther and farther towards then end. Pretty soon he's going to fall of the edge.

I also felt that Carly Fiorina diminished herself every time that she spoke. She kept introducing herself and her bona fides (and FYI Carly, having cancer isn’t a resume enhancer).
Its time to trim the herd of Fiorina, Bush, Kasich, and Paul.
I would add Christie and Carson to the cull, but to be fair Christie might still have momentum coming out of New Hampshire and Carson is still polling high enough to entitle him to a spot.

The writer, apparently, did not see the same debate that the rest of us viewed.

LOL at Fiorina - “I had cancer and I lost a child”. Then write a country song, Carly. We all have tragedy in our lives it doesn’t make you leader of the free world.
