WINNERS
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush
Bush had by far his strongest performance in any debate to date. The former Florida governor, whose last election campaign was in 2002, had looked rusty and hesitant in all his previous outings. On Tuesday night he made a far crisper and more assertive showing.
Bush delivered the most memorable line of the debate's early stages when he said Trump was "a chaos candidate. And he'd be a chaos president." In a later exchange, he told the businessman, "You're not going to be able to insult your way to the presidency," a phrase met with applause from the audience at The Venetian casino hotel.
There were important caveats to Bush's performance. He didn't win every tussle. The awkward, fumbling Bush on display in the first four debates suddenly reappeared when it was time for a closing statement. And the biggest question is whether a good debate can really help a candidate who languishes at just 4 percent national support, according to the RealClearPolitics polling average.
Still, Bush's supporters can take heart. The candidate they've been expecting for months finally showed up on Tuesday evening.

BS ALERT!!!
The echo chamber echoes.
All that matters is what American Citizens think and Jeb is sucking eggs.
When Jeb comes in somewhere between Rand Paul and Rick Santorum in the primaries in state after state, the Roveites and the RNC will still claim that he’s winning. So why not say that he’s won the debate?
Who pays him to write this stuff?...hahaha
BS indeed. The “win/lose” thing for a debate is utterly and completely meaningless. The ONLY time that is a “thing” is if there is a serious gaffe.
Each Candidates supporters will see only what they want to see.
Brokered convention still in the works?
These are not debates, and there is no winner.
A better question is: Who did the public like best?
So far, it’s a bunch of inflated-ego men criticizing each other and finding fault with each other, making the democrats’ and the media’s job infinitely easier.
Jeb won?! Hahahaha. He won for being the most embarrassed from what I saw.
Almost as funny as Chris Cilizza at the Washington Post who also declared Jeb the winner. As Trump would say, Jeb is a total loser. It’s painful watching Jeb try to be something he isn’t and Trump just outright mocks him. Trumps best response to Jeb was that Jeb’s campaign was a disaster and nobody cares what Jeb had to say. Or words to that effect.
Pathetic attempt to drum up a little momentum for the dud.
Fail.
They appear to have comments turned off for this particular article.
Wonder why?
The candidate and all 10 SUPPORTERS showed up for the debate.
They do have a pix of Mama Bush on the wall, does she count as a supporter?
Like the Big Alpha Dog ALGORE in his debate with GW Bush? That "Alpha dog" who left his podium and marched over to Bush in a threatening alpha dog stance as Bush answered a question? That? ALGORE expected Bush to reel back in subservience or something. Bush set him on his heels with a nod and continued answering the question. The ALGOR Alpha Dog had to slink back to his podium with his tail between his legs.
That? Yebbito had the balls somebody loaned him to make a wisecrack. That?
I bet he could done a better job if it were in Spanish where he's in his natural element.
Bush, LOL.
He has the personality of his father and the brains of his brother.
When Bush was getting bitch-slapped, I could read his mind: “Daddy let Georgie be president! I get to be be president, too!!!!! Wahhhhh.”
In the last 10 minutes I have read articles proclaiming Cruz, Paul, Rubio, and now Bush the winner of last nights debate.
