A Virginia school district is defending a classroom assignment that required students to practice calligraphy by writing the Muslim statement of faith, “There is no god but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.â€

When do we start fighting back. I mean tar and paper the teacher to get the point across. At the very minimum get the teacher fired with no pension? When did we become emasculated sheep to just put up with this BS from all comers with no fight in us to overcome evil.
Political correctness has been the death of us. It truly has. And that was the point of installing it. They communists knew if they could control our speech, they could control our actions and eventually our thought.
This teacher needs to be summarily fired immediately.

This teacher should obviously be fired, but this goes way, way beyond this one teacher. The teacher didn’t make up this lesson - from the article, it looks like this lesson was in some sort of workbook/textbook. The picture is cut off, though. I’d like to know what the book is, who publishes it, and, most importantly, where ELSE is it being used.
