Just a joke? ACLU types don’t make jokes. They do occasionally try to frame serious proposals as jokes to avoid things like jail time. Direct threats to life like that are actionable. In my experience leftist jokes are entirely of the -and then (the conservative person) stepped in dog shit and slid down and broke his neck snicker ha ha chortle- type.

He was just saying what all democrats are thinking.
